What services do you provide ?
We provide end-to-end knit garment manufacturing solutions, seamlessly covering costing, fabric sourcing and knitting, pattern making, sample development, garment dyeing, cutting, bulk sewing, finishing, and global door-to-door delivery under CIF, DDP, and LDP terms.
How do we start working together on a new project ?
Getting started is simple:
Send Us Your Tech Pack: Provide your tech pack or design reference with specifications, fabric details, and construction requirements.
Review & Pattern Creation: We analyze your specs, create digital patterns, and check all workmanship details.
Sampling Process: We source/knit the fabric, cut, dye, and sew the sample for your fit and quality approval before moving to bulk production.
What are your lead times and shipping turnaround?
Production Lead Time: Typically 30-55 days for bulk production after sample and order approval.
Transit Times to the US (Door-to-Door / DDP terms):
US West Coast: ~25 days (from Ningbo/Shanghai port)
US East Coast: ~40 days (from Ningbo/Shanghai port)
US Central / Midwest: 35–50 days, depending on specific inland destination and final logistics requirements.
What is your sample policy and turnaround ?
Original / Fit Samples: Free of charge.
Pre-Production (PP) Samples: Free of charge.
Top of Production (TOP) Samples: Free of charge (up to 8 pcs).
Salesman Samples (SMS): Charged at 3× the offered bulk unit price.
Turnaround: Development samples are typically completed within 2 weeks from concept approval.
What payment terms do you offer ?
We offer flexible payment conditions tailored to your financial structure and credit history:
FOB / CIF: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment.
DDP: 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due within 30 days after delivery at your warehouse.
Credit Terms (Net 30 / Net 60): Available on DDP orders subject to approval and coverage through Sinosure.
